Maker Workshops
While I love to make stuff, I also enjoy helping others find their inner elf. Below is a collection of activities that I organized and led at conferences and internal company events.
My most recent event, Hack Yourself, was run at a large conference with more than 700 attendees across the cable industry, ranging from senior executives to highly technical engineers. Our goal was to provide a simple, playful way for attendees with similar interests to spot each other from across the room. We wanted an activity that would require very few materials, be scalable, and take a maximum of 5 - 10 minutes to complete.

To our surprise, we actually had several participants that made several stops to improve and iterate on their initial design. Above is a simple example of how one employee modified the width of the conductive copper tape in order to create very solid, curved circuits.
